The work of an enterprise such as Home Start entails a great deal of individual attention to residents as as well as extensive dealings with public agencies and others.

In addition to the Executive Director there are generally three full-time employees and a corps of dedicated volunteers.

Roseville Home Start, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors which has nine members who are drawn from business, the local neighborhood, the clergy, other agencies and the ranks of the homeless.  The Board meets monthly at Home Start, on the second Tuesday, at 4:30 p.m.
